Not uncommon.: The cause of abdominal pain is frequently a mystery. Visits to the er should be saved for actual emergencies. A gastroenterologist ("stomach" specialist) may be able to help you.

If its changing. : If its getting worse or you are have new symptoms go back. If it stays the same follow up as an outpatient. We see this all the time.
