Not sure: Would need to see the mri. But, unless they are talking about your sinuses on the mri, i would not believe spots on your brain being due to allergies.

Huh?: I hope you mis-interpreted what the doc told you, as there is no way that most brain lesions are due to "allergies". Get another doctor and get this clarified. May be due to prior head injury or even migraines, or perhaps atherosclerosis, but just to be safe, check it out.

Not allergies: It could be many things, and if it's only a few, likely just normal aging, or migraines. Allergies would not have any effect on the brain. The only findings of allergy on on MRI would be seen in the nose, or sinuses.
