Reassurance for you-: Myocarditis involves inflammation if the heart muscles, which occurs more frequently in young men like you. Most of the time, it's caused by a viral infection. The MRI is showing a little inflammation remaining- be patient! if you are feeling better, that's good. Mri findings take time to catch up with clinical improvement. You should continue to feel better over the next few weeks.
