Dont treat UTIs: Cranberry juice contains proanthocyanidins which interfere with bacteria adhering to bladder wall & thus are useful preventative for utis. Acidity of c juice can help to treat utis but is no sustitute for antibiotics. Colloidal silver has no known function in the body & fda have ruled as neither safe or effective for anything in the body & not for otc sale . Now cosidered a "misbranded" product.
