None of them: There is no good evidence that any forms help. If there is any benefit is small and depends on high does and ongoing treatment. See http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/251636.php and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urinary_tract_infection Better way, avoid fragrances in soaps, detergents, creams. and don't overscrub or wear tight clothing/thongs. Gentle cleansing only.
