Can you offer some suggestions other than salt water and apple cider vinegar to help reduce the swelling and relieve the tenderness in my glands?

Information: Glands swell in response to some other process. You will need to find out what is the process, e.g. Tonsillitis. Treaat the primary process and the glands wil go back to normal.
