A bit: Safer every other day, if you make your adrenal work harder every other day it won't shrink down and reduce your "adrenal reserve". In fact it's probably safer at 5 mg every other day if need be for this reason. Talk to your doctor about this possibility.

Risk is low: This is a very low dose so the risk is also low.
