Well, that's not: Good. Yes, stress can make you physically ill. So, lets look at ways to stress-less. Exercise is a major way to let go of stress and to increase endorphens (which make you feel good). Meditation, yoga, acupuncture, progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing exercises work well. Counseling is also great if you stress is running away with you. Take care.
