Get evaluated.: If you've had your tubes tied, your risk of pregnancy is very small - but you have a greater risk of having a tubal pregnancy if you did get pregnant. There are other conditions that could cause these symptoms, though: a twisted ovarian cyst, ruptured ovarian cyst, bowel obstruction caused by abdominal scar tissue.
