Stool sample: It would be nice if there were any other way to test for worms, but really there is no other way to determine if you have worms. The worms lay lots of eggs in your intestines so usually it is fairly easy to rule out a worm infection if there are three negative stool studies. There is still a possibility of missing a worm infection if you only check one sample however.
