Symptoms from: Worms vary significantly depending on parasite. Worms may obstruct the GI tract w constipation or they could cause diarrhea. Malabsorption can lead to frequent hunger. Anemia can cause fatigue. You could have a bad taste in your mouth or bad breath. You may feel anxious, grind teeth or have middle insomnia. Some worms cause skin lesions. Musculoskeletal pain as well.
