Variable: Symptoms from worms vary significantly depending on the parasite. Worms may obstruct the GI tract with constipation or they could cause diarrhea. Malabsorption could lead to frequent hunger. Anemia could cause fatigue. You could have a bad taste in your mouth or bad breath. You may feel anxious, grind teeth or have middle insomnia. Some worms cause skin lesions. Musculoskeletal pain as well.
