Man stuff: Enjoying your body when you are by yourself is near-universal after puberty. You learn about your body and mind, and can stay comfortable. Most faith communities recognize that this isn't a bad thing, though there are people who want to frighten you. It's also something really fun and cool that most of us discover on our own and are never told is a good thing. Talk with someone wise and mature.

Guilty pleasure: Guilt can arise from masturbating for many reasons. One is that religious beliefs discourage it.Therefore you may feel "dirty" for pleasuring yourself.Another reason might be that if you are in a relationship or married, masturbating alone (& possibly imagining someone different from your spouse) can feel sneaky and wrong. But it is a private form of release & not hurting anyone else.
