What should i need to do for quick bone healing?

Don't smoke: Smoking doubles the healing time of bones. Obviously, follow your doctor's orders as well. Supplementing with calcium and vitamin d can maintain your bone health, but really is not proven to speed bone healing.

Quick bone healing: Bone healing is a complicated orchestration of blood supply, signaling pathways, construct materials and bone growth cells. The best thing for you to do is increase the amount of dietary vitamin d. There was a study done in 2007 that demonstrated vitamin d is essential for bone healing and a study this year that showed about 85% of people are deficient in vitamin d.
