Resolves: Hit in the head no sequellae. Hit in head, unconscious, concussion with full recovery. Same plus headache with short duration. Then there are all the worse things persistent headaches, seizures, mental changes etc.

Head injury: Altered level of consciousness, severe headache, vomiting, confusion and difficulty communicating. If any of these occur, you should be seen as soon as possible.
