A member asked:

When after giving blood does it take for your iron levels to replenish to normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

1-2months: Donating blood entails removal of 250ml to 350ml of red blood cells. The amount of iron removed may take up to 6-8 weeks to replenish unless you are supplementing with iron in which case it will be somewhat less.
