How to understand nonspecific neuromuscular disorder causing esophageal motility disorder (inadequate peristalsis) if no diagnosis known & normal bloodtests?

Muscle coordination: The esophagus is just a long muscle. There has to be coordination to push food from your mouth to your stomach and sometimes the coordination of this muscle does not work effectively leading to a motility disorder. Just like your skeletal muscles sometimes cramp and get tired and dont work well this same process can happen to the esophagus muscle.

Esoph motility stran: We dont have a lot of answers why esophageal motility gets strange, or how to specifically treat them, unless you have one of a few specific disorders.

Nerves and muscles: Both make up the structure of the esophagus so a neuromuscular disorder often will effect swallowing.
