Variable: Depends on cell type, location, stage, time of origin, and metastatic activity from nothing noticed at all in early stage to the worst possible misery and pain and breathlessness! and headaches can be miserable. Weight loss , cachexia, cough, bleeding, drowning in sputum, are all possibles. With spread, bone pain anywhere and paralysis can occur. Do not smoke!
