Many Resources.: I would suggest starting with the american society of plastic surgery and/or the american board of plastic surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
 then, i would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices  concentrate on the type of surgery. Ask  to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures.

Many factors:1, 2 &3: 1) have you done your best to improve the conditions for which you seek treatment using proper diet, exercise, and hygiene or maintenance? 2) are you educated about realistic expectations? 3) have you sought consultations with respected, experience, qualified and board certified plastic surgeons? 4) have you been made aware or educated about risks, alternatives, and benefits?
