Sharp? : The use of the word sharp concerns me. It implies a drastic change and drastic changes are not generally achieved with non surgical approaches. Fillers may help to augment the jawline non surgically but are usually temporary and need to be repeated. The use of fat melting injections in the face is a complicated matter and not generally accepted by most practitioners.

It depends: Loosing weight will reduce the amount of facial fat, but if your are thin already, excessive weight loss can result in the appearance of facial aging. The only way to augment the jawline without surgery would be with fillers.
