Tamoxifen: We don't give tamoxifen in combination with hormone replacement in the us. Occassionally use vaginal very low dose estrogen cream for vag dryness and tell pts to use a little as they can to relieve symptoms. Blocking hormones and giving them at same time does not make much sense.
