Natural methods: Natural methods for managing depression and anxiety include exercise, limiting sugar intake, therapy, accupuncture, herbal supplements ( i.e. 5 htp, same or st john's wort) and journaling. Vitamin d, b complex and omega 3 can be helpful.Try to avoid caffeine to help manage anxiety. Chamomile tea may also help you de-stress. For severe depression, medication and therapy work best.
