Lack of nutrients: The body needs 13 essential vitamins, essential minerals, essential fatty acids, and essential amino acids. If you get them all with the 400 calories, you may be okay. If not, it could be very problematic. It's what you eat that matters more than how much you eat. That said, 400 are very low calories for a human being of average weight and height.
