Spider Veins: Spider veins are a vascular problem (blood vessel), so no cream will help--not even a little bit. Ipl treatments or sclerotherapy will help.

None: There are none, as dr. Mountcastle said. Don't waste your time and money. You can use cover up make up but if you want to make them go away, you should consider having sclerotherapy.

Horse Chestnut: They say that horse chestnut preparations help the most. I have some patients who try it and we haven't been impressed with the results. Can't hurt, give it a shot as long as it's not that expensive.
