A member asked:

For what length of time can it take for kidney damage to appear after a month of solid tyleol pm abuse?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably okay: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is an acute liver poison and all the non-steroidal anti-inflammatories can shut down the kidney if you take a big dose and get dried out. Except for phenacetin, which is banned, the toxicity is much more acute than chronic. Please don't go back to overdoing that stuff -- next time you may not be so fortunate.
