Sore knees: Depends on the cause...See your doctor. If inflammatory, then often 1st managed with low impact exercise to strengthen your quads, and avoiding deep knee bending activities. Also oral or topical nsaids or tylenol (acetaminophen) can be of benefit, as well as a brace. Injection of cortisone or hyaluronic acid also very popular. Surgery usually for torn cartilage.
