Usually the weekend i wake up at 6:30am to travel for 3 hours by train and i am extremely tired in the afternoon, while i'm not tired during my school week. i tried drinking coffee, redbull etc..

Really: need more information...where are you travelling on the weekends??? Fatigue may be connected with anxiety....or boredom.. Just a few thoughts! Hope they are helpful! Dr Z

Activity?: Ideally one should wake up at about the same time every a.m. to set your biologic clock. If your weekend schedule is quite different, it may disrupt you wake/sleep cycle. Lack of physical activity also contributes to fatigue (sitting 3 hrs in a train) and boredom is another.
