Purified, Esterified: Fish has traces of heavy metals like mercury & pcb's, dioixins etc. Choose a fish oil purified via pharmaceutical-grade molecular distillation & esterified to make more digestible, ideally assayed by 3rd parties. I can't say one single brand is best; reliable brands include nordic naturals, designs for health & minami. Some feel krill & calamari oil are better than fish oil.
