Vertigo: Why are you on prochlorperazine? who started you on it? This is not a treatment for "dizziness". It is rarely used for treatmentment of attacks of acute vertigo associated with Meniere's disease and other inner ear disorders such as labyrinthitis. It is used in the long-term management of psychotic conditions such as schizophrenia. It is also used in the short-term to manage sever anxiety / mania.
