Think insulin: Some of us eat large meals and many times there are too many carbohydrates we take in at once. When we eat food we secrete a hormone called Insulin that will help lower blood sugar after a meal. Sometimes people can develop dumping syndrome when food is passed too rapidly into your small intestine. Try to determine if there is a specific food that could be causing your symptoms (food sensitivity).
