What does they do at an eye doctors appointment?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Roger Novack answered

Specializes in Ophthalmology

Eye evaluation: They will get general medical information from you, followed by a more specific ocular history. Vision and eye pressure will be checked followed by a more complete ophthalmological exam. The doctor will then tell you his diagnosis and make specific recommendations. During the visit, they may do specific testing using machines or other optical devices. Your eyes may also be dilated.
