Depends on site: Tb infection primarily involves the lungs but can also spread to lymph nodes & many other body organs. Tb bug is very slow growing & takes 4 to 6 weeks to multiply. Untreated TB causes rapid tissue destruction & can cause significant lung damage that can spread quickly to involve entire lungs over several months. Certain forms of TB (e.g. Miliary tb) can be rapidly progressive & fatal if untreated.

DependsOnManyFactors: If not treated with Antibiotics. In some the infection may get better with rest and good diet if the immune system is good like it was before the discovery of Antibiotics It can take months for disease to progress and may spread to other organs in body. So you can not guess as every case is different.Patients with poor immunity like AIDS and others will die pretty fast in few months.Others longer
