Death possible but..: A really long time, we think... because nobody knows, as in these modern times normal people do not die of the STD gonorrhea infection. Infected people just get sick and feel worse and stay sick for a long time, eventually seeing their doctors and getting treatment. In normal people, getting gonorrhea won't kill them. Of course, they are contagious and should avoid spreading it, and go get meds.
