Try this: 4-6 small meals (100-200) calories each. When you eat like this, you reduce cravings, keeping your blood sugar level. And thereby consume fewer calories. Plenty of water moderate exercise, plus try a "mom's and tot's" group to have fun with your baby in a group setting of new moms be sure to talk to your physician first to make sure you are able to do these safely for you and your baby.
