Can you tell me how many baby teeth can remain in your mouth in order to get braces?

No set amount: Orthodontic care is an individualized treatment, and as such, every case is different. Some patients start treatment with many primary teeth present, others with only adult teeth. Speak to an orthodontist in your area on what is correct for your specific situation.

No set #: Orthodontic treatment is not a commodity, it's a service. Everyone is unique, with unique problems and unique solutions. This is a rx decision your orthodontist needs to make with you based on his diagnostic findings. Go now for an examination. Better to go too early and be told "not yet" than too late and be told "oops.".
