How might you know that you are having a cyst in the breast?

Breas Cysts: Cysts occur cyclically with menses. If they do not spontaneously resolve, they can enlarge enough to be felt on exam. An ultrasound can tell if cystic or solid. If large and symptomatic simple aspiration will fix it.
