Dietary Changes: Weight loss is all about calories in (diet) vs calories out (activity). The safest way to lose weight would be to make some dietary changes that would reduce your current caloric intake (portion control, liquid calories, wise snacks) and also begin some moderate exercise program (walking daily 30-45 minutes). Products don't help much. Weight loss takes time but is worth the effort for your health.
