BP anxious: First be certain no worrisome cause of high bp. Then consider learning techniques for relaxation. This can be breathing, meditation, eft (emotional freedom technique), emdr, and many other practices you can learn and use to calm. Make sure not too much caffeine, and always adequately hydrated.
