Low salt: Food with no salt added and food with low salt content. Fresh fruits and most vegetables would fit this diet. The vegetables should be cooked with no salt added. Poultry and fish usually have less salt than beef or pork, but of course it depends on the cooking. Bottom line, low salt diet.
