help please! is chamomile tea good to lower blood pressure?

Probably no effect: There are no good research studies of the effects of chamomile tea on blood pressure in humans. It is probably harmless, but also without benefit on bp. We do know that there are many medications that can lower BP and prevent heart attack, stroke and kidney disease. Many of these have very few side effects and are generic. Hope this helps.

Chamomile: Although chamomile can be very relaxing & has many positive health benefits, I have not seen any literature that supports its use for treatment of high blood pressure.
