Not related: Hypertension is most often associated with a normal heart rate and therefore is usually not related with either low or high heart rates. A mildly low rate is unrelated.

Not related: Blood pressure and low heart rate are not necessarily related and can certainly co-exist in one person. You can be very fit and have hypertension. Being fit can lower your heart rate. Being fit is better than being fat and having hypertension but the two don't have to be related.

I believe...: The machine i recommend is the total gym, which uses your own body weight. You can do virtually all cardio and resistance exercise with this. For straight cardio-schwinn airdyne. The total gym has many models. Select a better version.
