A member asked:

Is there a way to help my daughter with ms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Realize this: Ms is both a treatable and controllable condition in most, but need a total approach. First, use a potent medication, such as one of the newer oral agents, supplement vitamin d, do aerobic exercise, use a low fat low salt diet, manage stress, work closely with an expert neurologist. If she wants children, get pregnant, as pregnancy is indeed protective. Do not despair, most pts do very well.
