See a cardiologist..: Although EKG is a great tool for the cardiologist as well as other doctors including emergency doctors, yet it is not a very standard easy answer tool. Q waves generally mean heart muscle damage in the past, yet there are instances that these findings may be because of other reasons... these tools should not be taken in isolation. Please see cardiology specialist or your primary care physician.
