See below: Make sure that dizziness is due to ms and not inner ear process. First step is prevention, use potent agent to control disorder. Vestibular rehab program with physical therapist can help. Some meds can control symptoms. Realize that ms pts have a higher frequency of migraine, and that a migraine complication of paroxysmal vertigo may be playing a role here. Consider visit to sw medical center.
