Is it safe to drive if you have this dizziness that caused by ear infection?

No, do NOT drive: Your thinking processes and reaction times will be much slower and "clouded". No driving or operating machinery where a lapse in judgement could prove disastrous.

Probably not: It is best not to drive when your balance or vision is compromised. People can have a hard time focusing on driving while acutely dizzy.
