Test it yourself: Commercially available bottled water will meet all government guild lines for safety as far as fluoride, lithium and other substances are concerned. For most people that is acceptable. The only way to tell for sure that it is 100% free would be to have lab tast it for you or filter it yourself. Both very expensive tasks.
