Post surgery care: Pain and pain management after surgery is challenging as there are many variables impacting pain. The amount of pain after organ removal has some dependance on the size of the organ and the surgical approach as well as many patient factors. Best to work with your surgical team as they dispense your pain regimen, go in for post op visits and call with concerns. Good luck.
