Talk to the surgeon: So many variables go into cost of operations that it is near impossible to give a general estimate. Costs vary depending on where you live, whether this is performed in an outpatient surgery center vs. Hospital, who the surgeon is, what the anesthesia costs are, which insurance company is used , whether you have deductible. Out of pocket expense usually much less with insurance.

That's a complex: Question. It would depend on certain technical aspects like what had to get done. Some offices may do a free consultation but your gonna have to see a plastic surgeon, one that's got experience in what u need. Good luck, it's gonna be hard to get specifics and u may get a better answer but u may need to be more specific with your question and divide it up.
