Extremely unlikely;: one of the many complications of surgery too many don't consider. Starting from a single fertilized cell in utero, our body constantly both tears itself down & rebuilds; all rebuilding being based on pre-existing cell, tissue, organ structure, etc. via mechanisms which remain only very partially understood. Once structure changes, by any basis, this changes the rebuilding & resulting structure(s).
