How was the test : Done? Trace protein may be insignificant and non-recurring. However, if you are diabetic or hypertensive it may be meaningful. All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually in the best position to do that, so please discuss it with your doctor.
